The Best CBD for Anxiety

The Best CBD oils for my Anxiety 

I tried 3 different CBD oils for my anxiety. Here's what I found. 

This post is a bit of a departure from my other posts. Instead of analysing a text of literature, I will be reviewing three different CBD oils, which I used to try and control my anxiety.

I have suffered from anxiety for as long as I can remember. I don't know where it stems from but it's always been there, like a looming shadow. Sometimes, my anxiety is social, sometimes it stress and at other times it's inexplicable.

My friend, who suffers from the same aliment, recommend CBD oils. I had never heard of them before and upon surface- level searching, I though she was recommending I take prohibited drugs.

Upon further researching I found out that CBD is NOT illegal (well not where I am from). CBD will not get me 'high' and it is not addictive. In fact, it's become a very mainstream supplement and a very common treatment for anxiety.

So I took the list of the 3 different CBD oils she recommended and tried them, over a period of about 3 months.  Below I get into whether the oils worked, the best oil for me, the pro's and con's of each oil.

 1. The Best: - Gettranquilcbd - https://gettranquilcbd.com/

This was the last oil I tried, out of the three and it turned out to be the best oil for my anxiety. It wasn't too strong like the CBD brothers oil (which made my heart feel like it was pounding out of it's chest). It also wasn't too weak and like Love Hemp oil. This oil felt like it had just the right dosage. I felt noticeably calmer after taking a few drops under my tongue before social gatherings. It was also easy to carry and take. Cons to this oil would be the fact that it is the second most expensive oil, of the three, at 29.99, which can be a hindrance to those that like to penny pinch. Personally, considering I've use the bottle for about a month and still have most of it left, the cost seems worth it to me. 

2. CBD Brothers - https://cbdbrothers.com/

This oil was very strong- too strong for my anxiety. Every time I took a few drops, just to try, my heart would pound painfully. Overall, I just felt like it made my anxiety symptoms more acute. The pros are, I can tell their products are of very high quality. It was easy to take and easy to carry on-the- go. The cons are that it didn't work for me and it was very, very pricey at over $100. 

3. Love Hemp - www.hollandandbarrett.com

This product was a little different, since it came in spray form, as opposed to a bottle with a dropper. This meant that the product leaked onto my hands after a few times of use- making my hands greasy. The pump also got stuck a couple times. The product also had a distinct flavour, which I could take or leave personally. I found that the quality of the oil was not that great - in fact the quality was the weakest out of the 3. The pros- It was the cheapest oil at 14.99 (I got it on sale, normally it's 29.99) and if your main concern is flavour this might be for you. 

Overall, I will stick with Gettranquilcbd oils for now.
